Cut to rectangle, die-cut to contour<\/h3>

Everything we print must also be brought into the desired contour: If the classic\u00a0right-angled end trim<\/strong>\u00a0is not enough for you, you can get almost\u00a0any shape you want<\/strong>\u00a0in your printed matter\u00a0by die-cutting<\/strong>.\u00a0Creasing<\/strong>\u00a0makes cardboard\u00a0foldable<\/strong>.\u00a0Perforating<\/strong>\u00a0creates\u00a0detachable parts<\/strong>.\u00a0Drilling holes<\/strong>\u00a0makes it possible to file or bind the product together with bookbinding screws to form a fan.\u00a0Rounding corners<\/strong>\u00a0reduces the risk of injury from sharp-edged materials.\u00a0Kiss-cutting<\/strong>\u00a0turns self-adhesive film and self-adhesive paper into finished stickers of the desired size and contour.<\/p>

Shape die-cutting of finished brochures<\/h3>

In the area of stapled brochures up to 4mm thickness we offer “Formcut” the possibility to get brochures, folders and booklets with contour cut. Whether semicircle, wavy line, peepholes, handles or body shapes like a butterfly: you are guaranteed to attract attention.<\/p>

Contract die cutting up to B1 sheet size<\/h3>

For cardboard, we have a die-cutting machine from the packaging industry. This is particularly interesting as a service to offset printers: large runs can be offered economically and even the\u00a0sheet size 72x102cm<\/strong>, which is too large for many printers in terms of die-cutting, can be die-cut\u00a0and creased fully automatically<\/strong>.<\/p>

Punchable and cuttable materials<\/h3>

We punch and cut paper and\u00a0cartons from 80g\/m\u00b2 to 700g\/m\u00b2<\/strong>,\u00a0cardboard up to 4mm thickness<\/strong>,\u00a0plastics up to 2mm thickness<\/strong>. We can\u00a0mill<\/a>\u00a0plastics with thicknesses over 2mm.<\/p>

Formats for paper punching<\/h3>

We\u00a0die cut<\/strong>\u00a0from very small up to\u00a0sheet size 720×1.020mm<\/strong>. Larger formats\u00a0up to 2.000×3.000mm<\/strong>\u00a0we can\u00a0cut, saw or mill computer controlled<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
