Printing and cutting of many plastics<\/h3>

With us you can have a wide variety of\u00a0plastics printed and cut into shape or milled<\/strong>.<\/p>

Plastic films, sheets and tarpaulins are largely\u00a0resistant to moisture and mechanical stress<\/strong>. They are therefore often used for outdoor applications.<\/p>

Optical properties, such as the crystal-clear transparency of synthetic glass, can\u00a0as a design option also be a decisive factor in the choice.<\/p>

Materials in printing on plastic<\/h3>

A wide variety of materials are available to you, such as:<\/p>

  • Self-adhesive films<\/strong>, transparent, white, colored or metallic<\/li>
  • Rigid\u00a0films made of polypropylene (PP)<\/strong>, transparent, white, milky or colored<\/li>
  • Rigid films made ofpolyvinyl chloride (PVC)<\/strong>, transparent, white or multicolored<\/li>
  • Rigid\u00a0PET<\/strong>\u00a0films, transparent, white or milky<\/li>
  • Synthetic paper<\/strong>\u00a0such as “Synaps”, thin like paper but tear and water resistant like plastic<\/li>
  • Acrylic glass \/ “Plexiglas” (PMMA)<\/strong>, highly transparent substitute for real glass<\/li>
  • Polycarbonate \/\u00a0<\/strong>“Macrolon”, very impact-resistant synthetic glass<\/li>
  • Light foam sheets \/\u00a0<\/strong>“Kappa”, polystyrene core with top layer of cardboard or PP, for interior applications such as ceiling hangers or murals<\/li>
  • Rigid foam boards<\/strong>, very light but impact resistant like wood! The board in short-term interior applications, such as exhibition stands.<\/li>
  • Polystyrene (PS) sheets<\/strong>, the classic screen printing plate<\/li>
  • Twin wall sheets with linear or honeycomb inner structure made of PP<\/strong>, for inexpensive outdoor signs<\/li>
  • Aluminum composite panels<\/strong>, for longest durability due to metal surface<\/li>
  • Backlit \/ backlight film for light boxes<\/strong>, translucent films with perfect light diffusion<\/li>
  • Wallpapers<\/strong>, mostly nonwovens made of cotton-synthetic blended fabric<\/li>
  • Soft-touch laminates<\/strong>\u00a0with polyurethane surface<\/li>
  • Films based on renewable raw materials<\/strong>, such as wood cellulose\/acetate or corn starch\/PLA<\/li>
  • You can also have us print on\u00a0plastic parts provided by<\/strong>\u00a0you<\/li><\/ul>

    Most synthetic materials are available in wide variety of different thicknesses.<\/p>

    Format cutting and contour cutting of plastics<\/h3>

    We will be happy to cut the plastics for you into the shape you require:<\/p>

    Right-angled\u00a0cut<\/strong>, contour\u00a0die-cut<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0milled<\/strong>,\u00a0perforated<\/strong>\u00a0or\u00a0corners rounded<\/strong>. In addition, we can also\u00a0crease\u00a0<\/strong>many plastics or provide them with a milled\u00a0channel to<\/strong>\u00a0enable precise bending.<\/p>
